I'm back again!
after one whole week of ITP.. attachment that is.
first day of work,
kind of dragged my feet all the way there..
not looking forward to it.
BUT, luckily there's a friend to acc me!
hahahah
and she's Atiqah!
working hours seemed shorter with her around.
but the sad part is that it's only for the first day..
cause
there's SHIFTS! argh
and we'll be on alternate shifts. BOO right
And i thought we could like stick together ..
but anyway, at least we still have that few hours to crap and stuff.
hahahha! fun..
i love the 2nd shift..
though end work late,
but can take taxi home!
claim-able taxi receipts. woohoo!
Okay, more about the company..
Petroleum company.
and nope, it does NOT supply petrol...
more like receiving petrol samples from
hm, mostly ships i guess
from all over the world! *cool
the skillful chemists will then like test the samples...
flash point, pour point....etc.
lots and lots of tests.
It's fun, but we can't do the testss!! arg.
what ITP students, like us, do there is the washing of equipments.
and cutting of the one whole year's supply of chromatography paper and platinum wires..
super boring.
boring but slack..
packing of samples in storeroom is way fun... i feel.
get to climb the "movable stairs"..
haahs :)
about the people there..
they are alright.
just that you have to talk to them first...
after working for awhile, you'll find that
they're actually a group of friendly ppl.
very very knowledgable.
way experienced.
the very surprising, shocking thing is that..
some of them look really young, but married and with kids.
like wow.
okay maybe they look young because they have their labcoats on.. most of the time.
so, they look like poly students.
hahah!
oh yeah! and most of them were ex SP students!
and a few from DCP too. but were called CPT last time..
they went there directly after graduating.
Nooo, i want and i must continue studying after graduating from poly.
please please..
